We went for our usual chicken snitzel at Palmy, and I have never seen so much whale activity! Must have been 200 splooshes (breaches, fin slaps, tail fluke splaches, etc.) in about 10 minutes, so we hurried home to get the big cameras and drove up to Point Danger. Well, there was not a parking spot on that whole hill, so plan B found us at Greenmount Hill. The whales were still active, but too far offshore for me to get spectacular pictures. It was still a good experience, tho.
