Went to a breakfast meeting of the CWS volunteers social club this morning. To protect the guilty, no pictures were taken. We walked along the mangrove swamp boardwalk on the northern side of Currumbin Creek at a good time of tide to see the crabs come out and play. Fiddler crabs with one over-sized yellow claw (size matters!) as well as other crabs with equal sized orange claws. Black winged stilts are the shore-birds.
