A pair of sulphur crested white cockatoos and some noisy miners came for drinks before the lorikeets took over the water trays to have another splash party.
We had breakfast at the Burliegh Heads SLSC with Rosemary & Greg from CWS volunteers and then drove up to the end of Currumbin Creek Rd. There was no parking available at the entrance to Springbook National Park, so we decided to drive to Cabarita instead. Found Brahiminy kites and an osprey soaring in the strong wind along the surf, apparently fishing.
Come home to a lone SCW cockatoo having a stroll on the balcony rail..
