I know it is a first world kind of problem, but I have a really hard time selecting koala pictures I have taken to not put up on this page.
What? Get serious! I did not run, I spectated. I cheered runners on. I took pictures. BUT, I did not run. ;P
On my way into the Sanctuary, I met Sarah and an orphaned red-neck wallaby Wildcare work. Teen volunteers in their white tops help out at the morning lorikeet feeding. The big gum trees are almost finished their flowering season, and more lorikeets are coming to CWS. Coincidence? Not entirely, IMHO. Devil. Dried up creek bed. Mooching mama-roo. A tick that was removed from one of the kangaroos in the petting area of the park. More roos in the old rest area. And, a wombat sleeping in a log. The vid is a short clip of rainbow lorikeets waiting for the feeding to start. |
